We have the position you&#8217;re looking for! <\/p>\n<p>Machinage Gagn\u00e9 is seeking a team leader for its CNC Milling and Turning department.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1939 on the principle that no project is too big or too small, Machinage Gagn\u00e9 offers highly skilled turnkey services, including CNC machining, welding, fabrication, gear repair, and sharpening. The company handles a wide range of repair and production work and continually adds new state-of-the-art CNC machines to better serve its customers. The candidate should have the following skills: teamwork, effective phone communication, autonomy, initiative, and stress management. Main tasks: answer phone calls, manage quotations (follow-up and filing), handle customer order reception, create delivery notes in Acomba, handle invoicing, purchase orders, and make calls to customers. Calculate completed files and enter data into the system (Excel) and perform other related tasks.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements and working conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidate must have a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP), a College Diploma (DEC), or an AEC in Accounting and Management, as well as more than one year of experience in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Description: The selected candidate must have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, proficiency in French (oral + written), proficiency in English (an asset), and proficiency in Acomba software (an asset).<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a long-term candidate seeking a secure and rewarding job, working 34 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to noon.
